How can i do more weight with barbells? im really weak when it comes to barbells and its pissin me off?

Benching with barbells is different than benching with DBs. In order to be good at specific things, you cannot supplant those things. You must train to do those things specifically. Like pullups. Try using more "classic" strength training techniques and exercises. There is no need to use so many ridiculous "incline/decline" techniques. Overall strength training is what you need. Too much to post here, but I'd suggest reading Pavel Tsatsouline's Power To The People. It gives you all the basics of effective strength training without all the Hollywoodisms of "bodybuilding"...if you can stand his irritating "Soviet-style" sense of humour.
