Ears Clogged and throbbing?

Hum I dont know what to tell you.... When I was 17 I got tubes put in my ears to help me from haven ear affections and hearing loss..Well now I'm 18 and I have no insurance to go seek help. Well lastnight I woke up around 2am and realized my left ear wasnt right..It sounds like there is a big air bubble in it I can ear EVERYTHING much louder then the other ear...It even hurts. So I would push on it and it will go away but 2 secounds later is back is worse..I can't sleep with it and it's so annoying that it's starting to frusterate me . It's so bad I can hear cars...even if I swollow I can hear it. I don't know what to do. Is the tubes doing this...It won't go away..there is no WAY it's an ear infection.
