How to fall asleep after a nightmare?

I have these awful, terrorizing dreams of my loved ones getting killed and I need to fall asleep. how can I get back to sleep without thinking about it? Please no rude comments because I'm 10 and I'm on my sisters laptop (and her yahoo!).
