How to move curved barbell in eyebrow piercing ?

i had my eyebrow pierced around thirty hours ago and have moved it up and down when cleaning it but can i twist it round or with the bar being curved should i leave it alone and only move it up and down. I dont want the skin to grow over the bar or iritate the piercing in any way by twisting !
