Industrail piercing scabby ear?

i have had an Industrial piercing for about a month and a half. last friday i was forced to take them out at school. i put my bar back in, it had closed up a little. so i kinda had to re-pierce it. i have put in two barbells in each one. my ear has generally been crustier, but today i woke up with like a yellow scab thing next to the top piercing. the hole doesn't hurt too bad, but the scabby bit stings. i have also had dry skin on the other hole and was bleeding when i scraped it off. do i have an infection? what should i do?
