Depression !! Help me please '?

I am 12 years old an I keep thing the grudge isgonna *** get me wen I am asleep I u hav watched the film u will understand I am really depressed it's hard to explain and I need help an mom and dad think I am silly but it's makein me wanna die I've been sleeping on the floor in me moms room but wen I go bk in me own room she will *** and kill me and it's really affecting me in eveythin I am 12 and I haven't watched the movie my friend told me about it and I NEED DESPRATE HELP !! <3
