Ear piercing questions? ?

the small lump around your helix piercing is most likely a keloid scar starting...and i'm pretty sure the only way to get rid of it is to take out the jewelry and let it heal..but i'm not completely positive that that's even what it is. For that one you should go to a piercer and ask them..and then for the lump within your earring hole..my ears have gotten that numerous times and i just take out the jewelry, clean it with rubbing alcohol, and then clean the holes with bactine or something of the source that cleans wounds.
