Wierd tongue problem on the bottom of my tongue?

Go back to the piercer who pierced your tongue & ask he/she what to do. You might have to remove your tongue piercing or get a longer barbell because it might be too short. I've had mine pierced for about 4 1/2 months & haven't experienced anything like that. Might I suggest(if you're not doing so already) rinse with sea salt like you did when it was healing. & see if that helps.
