Piercing Help. (Infection?)?

I have some pretty stupid friends who like to mess with me a lot. And a while ago one of them failed at T bagging me. His clothing got caught in my industrial barbell. The pain was agonizing. But now there are large bumps on both sides of the hole. I just want to know what they're called and how to get rid of them. Thanks.<3(:
