The top of my belly button piercing is bigger now?

I got my belly button pierced almost a month ago and it got infected, now the infection is going away. But on the top where it was red, still kind of is... the hole is crusty, puss in the back, and the top of the barbell is kind of sitting in the hole instead of above it. What should i do? IS that normal if the infection is healing?
